How a project unfolds, from first conversation to live site

Days 1–2

Discovery

Before writing a line of code, we study your existing digital presence, extract all content, and understand your institution or business from the ground up. For institutions: we analyse the existing website, extract notice archives, content structure, and governance hierarchy. For businesses: we map the services, pricing, booking flow, and brand touchpoints.

Days 2–3

Architecture

Content structure before visual design. We plan every page, every route, every data flow, and every component before the first component is built. This is where most agencies skip steps. We don't. A well-architected project takes less time to build, fewer revisions to finish, and longer to break in production.

Days 3–10

Build

Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, Framer Motion. Production-grade engineering from day one. No WordPress, no page builders, no templates. Every component is built once and reused consistently. Every page is connected, linked, and internally consistent. The design system is established in Phase 1 and followed exactly in Phase 2 onward.

Days 10–12

Review

Every page reviewed by the primary founder. Copy verified against your actual records — no agency placeholder language reaches the live site. Stakeholder walkthrough shared via staging URL. Feedback incorporated in one focused revision round.

Day 12–14

Launch

Domain configured, SSL active, hosting deployed. For projects replacing an existing site: redirect mapping from old URLs to new ones, so no existing Google rankings or bookmarked pages are lost. Google Search Console updated. 30-day monitoring period begins.

Monthly — ongoing

Maintain

This is where most agencies stop and where we keep going. Under the monthly retainer: up to 8 content updates per month, hosting and domain managed, any bugs fixed within 48 working hours, one structural change per month. We are your long-term digital team, not a one-time vendor.
