Services
Calibra Tech provides digital infrastructure services including website design, development, and ongoing maintenance. The specific scope of work for each client is agreed in writing before any project commences.
Payment
Projects are invoiced in two parts: 50% on agreement, 50% on delivery. Monthly maintenance retainers are invoiced on the first of each month. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Revisions
Each project includes one round of revisions after delivery. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope are billed at an hourly rate agreed in writing.
Intellectual property
Upon receipt of full payment, all deliverables and source code produced for a project are the property of the client. Calibra Tech retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information, business data, and project details as confidential. We do not share client information with any third party without written consent.
Limitation of liability
Calibra Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services or deliverables. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Cuttack, Odisha.
