The challenge
An excellent salon invisible online
Reba Professional Salon had built genuine quality in-person — trained staff, premium products, loyal regulars. But they had no Google presence, no website, and relied entirely on word-of-mouth. New customers had no way to find them, verify their legitimacy, or book an appointment without a phone call.
Competitors with lower quality but better digital presence were winning first-time clients by default. The salon needed to be discoverable, trustworthy, and bookable — from a phone, in under a minute.
The approach
Build the full digital foundation in one pass
We treated this as a complete digital infrastructure project — not just a website. That meant: a mobile-first website with real photography and exact pricing, Google Business setup for local discoverability, WhatsApp Business integration for immediate booking, and Google Maps embedded for directions.
Every element was designed for the specific moment when a potential client opens the site on their phone and needs to answer one question: should I book here?

In Cuttack and across Odisha, WhatsApp is how local service businesses communicate. We made WhatsApp the primary booking path — a single tap, pre-filled message, straight to the salon's phone.

Exact pricing builds trust
Vague 'starting from' pricing creates hesitation. We listed every service with its exact price. Parents and professionals booking for the first time need to know exactly what they are committing to.

Real photography over stock
Stock images of salons are instantly identifiable as fake and erode trust. We used real photography of the salon space and team, which communicates genuine quality and local authenticity.
